To start using Cherry Picker on GigU, follow these simple steps:

STEP 1: Start 7-day Free Trial

• Tap on the subscription banner to start your 7-day free trial. You’ll need to add a payment method: credit card or PayPal. Don’t worry; you’ll only be charged on the seventh day and can cancel anytime before then.

STEP 2: Activate Copilot and Permissions

• On the Copilot screen, turn on the switch labeled "Activate Copilot" to access the Permissions screen.
• Grant all the necessary permissions to continue. You only need to give these permissions once, but you must keep Copilot activated to use any of GigU's features.

STEP 3: Set Up Cherry Picker

• On the Copilot screen, tap on “Cherry Picker” to access its options.
• Activate the mobility apps you want to use and configure the Color Grading System with your preferred values.
• You can also customize the overlay appearance further down the screen.

STEP 4: Activate Cherry Picker and Give Accessibility Permission

• With Copilot activated and Cherry Picker configured to your liking, you can turn on Cherry Picker by toggling the switch next to "Cherry Picker" on the Copilot screen.
• GigU will prompt you to enable accessibility permission, which can be found in your phone's settings. You need to mark GigU as allowed to use this permission on your phone so that it can scan ride offers.

All set! Now, whenever a ride offer appears, GigU's Copilot will scan your screen and display the overlay with extra ride information.

You can easily disable Cherry Picker to stop scanning ride offers through the Floating Menu or the Copilot screen in the GigU app.
